Your home is your most important asset, which means we will do our best to protect and enhance it. We feel that all owners should be treated fairly and without bias. We are not affiliated with any subcontractors therefore we are able to keep our focus independent and the interests of the Association first. With our unparalleled customer service, you will receive timely and accurate answers to any questions or concerns that may arise as well as access to a 24/7 emergency line.
NCM started managing a 10-year old, 260-unit condo Association that was in the red by $40,000. By the end of that year, the Association was $21,000 in the black without raising assessments.
Successfully managing several restoration projects where properties were damaged by fire, hail, or water, not only did these projects excel according to schedule, but our company also adapted a means to help recover some of the deductible funds from the insurance company that were put in short-term, high-interest accounts.
NCM has managed many large capital expenditure projects over the years, including but not limited to: re-roofing, parking lot replacement, re-siding, well installation, pond restoration, gazebo construction, swimming pool restoration, and sign construction. Being thoroughly experienced in negotiating and acquiring loans for projects, NCM will renegotiated costly loans to save the Association money as well.
Closing & Refinance
The following is our policy regarding paid assessment letters:
- Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the closing. An additional fee may be charged if less than two weeks’ notice is given.
- Requests will be completed in the order in which they are received.
- NCM’s processing fee will be taken out at closing if you are selling your home. If you are refinancing your home, we must receive the fee before your letter is released.
- No personal checks for NCM’s processing fee.
